Request a Quote

You email us a request to quote and we will call your tenant and book in a suitable time to meet them there or get their approval to collect keys from you to access their home.

Expert Assessment

One of our experienced surveyors will will visit the property to assess the problem and take pictures of the problem reported.

Submit Quotation & Pictures

We will send your a transparent quotation that is set out job by job, not just one total at the end. We send you a document with pictures of the problems for you to forward to your landlord.

Send us Your Works Order

After you have gained approval from your landlord, send across your approval so we start planning the works as soon as possible.

We Create a Project Plan

We will talk to your tenant and plan the works around their requirements where possible. We will give you updates by email once we know when we start the works.

Photos & Final Invoice

After we have completed the works we will take pictures for your records and submit a final invoice.
